Flourish does not use analytics, advertising pixels, accounts, or nonessential cookies.
Current behavior
This site uses no analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, account system, or nonessential cookies. The public contact route remains a mailto link unless the on-page inquiry form is explicitly enabled during a production build.
Email inquiries
Email sent to the Flourish inquiry mailbox is processed by Microsoft 365 and reviewed by the founders for fit, boundaries, and possible next steps. Do not include student records, sensitive personal information, or confidential district information in an initial message.
On-page form
If enabled, the contact form sends name, email address, organization, and message text through Cloudflare Pages Functions and a restricted Cloudflare Worker email binding to the same Flourish inquiry mailbox. The form is not connected to analytics, a CRM, or a website database.
Technical records
Cloudflare may process limited technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site and process form requests. Flourish does not use that information for marketing or profiling.
Future changes
This notice will be updated before analytics, CRM integration, file upload, booking, or other additional website-based personal-information processing is introduced.
